How do I sign up for classes?
It's easy; if you click here you'll be redirected to our class schedule. From there, you can choose the day & time that work best for your schedule. Select which child(ren) you wish to enroll on your existing account or create a new account to enroll your child(ren) in the class. Don't forget to click "complete transaction" at the checkout page to ensure your enrollment is submitted.
How long will we be on a waitlist?
Unfortunately, that is one question we cannot give a definite answer to. Though we certainly do our best to keep the lists moving, it depends on the families enrolled. Sometimes the list moves quickly; sometimes it is stagnant. If you are ever curious about your place in line, feel free to email us; we will be happy to give you an update.
How do we drop a class(es)?
We are always sad to see you go but we understand your decision and hope to see you again. We have a drop policy strictly in effect. If you wish to drop, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a drop form. Once the drop form is submitted, we will note the account. All drop forms must be submitted by the 10th of the month prior to the month you want to drop, to avoid tuition for that month.
Example: If Susie wants to avoid March tuition, she must submit the drop form on or before February 10th.
How do I schedule a makeup class?
If you have a makeup token on your parent portal, you are eligible for a makeup class. To redeem the makeup class, you can schedule your makeup class by clicking here. Once we receive your enrollment, we will cash in your makeup token. If you miss the scheduled makeup class, you do not get to make that class up - the token is no longer available. You must have a makeup token on file to receive a makeup class or your enrollment will be cancelled. Makeup tokens expire on 12/31 of the current year for active enrollments. Should you drop from our program, all makeup tokens are invalid and you cannot use them. You can only use makeup tokens if you are actively enrolled in a program at The MegaGym. Should you drop and re-enroll at a later date, you will NOT get the makeup tokens you forfeited, back.

How much do classes cost?
What days are you closed?
The MegaGym is closed The first week of October for staff training, Halloween, Thanksgiving week, December 20th-January 1st, MLK day, Spring break, Memorial Day, Fourth of July week, and Labor Day. The extra days in the calendar even out with our closures so we do not offer makeup tokens for the holiday closures listed above unless otherwise noted. If your child is enrolled twice a week and misses two classes in one week for a holiday closure, we will issue tokens accordingly.
